INTRODUCTION TO JAWS, March 9, 2011 —

Terma Software Labs is pleased to announce our new JAWS Webinar Series. As a free service to our customers, we will address common topics of interest and frequently asked questions in focused webinar sessions. If you are interested in furthering your knowledge of JAWS’ functionality, this series is designed for you.

The webinars will be provided on a monthly basis. To accommodate different time zones and schedules, each webinar will be offered twice over the course of the month, with varied start times. At the beginning of each month we will send a notification including the topic, schedule and registration links.

The first installment in the series will be an overview session. This webinar will cover JAWS basics. Topics covered will include:

• Core JAWS Concepts
• Automated Jobstream Aggregation
• Business Area Filtering
• SLA and Alert Management

This session will also be an introduction to powerful JAWS functionality such as analyzing jobstream design to optimize your work flow, customizing reports to suit the needs of your business and your users, and leveraging our integrations to take control of your workload environment.
